- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) intends to purchase a Pressure Reactor Apparatus, etc from Parr Instrument Company, 211 53rd Street Moline, Ill 61265. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations however, all responses received, within 10 days from the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition is based upon responses to this notice and is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition. Offerors may request a copy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) via email to: robinsti@mail.nih.gov prior to the closing date of this notice or before Sept 4, 2009 @ 3:00 pm EST. It is anticipated that RFQ - NICHD2009062 will be available ten (10) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due seven (7) days after the release of the RFQ. All requests for quotations must have a valid email address. Email quotations must contain offerors name, address, telephone number and an authorized company representative signature.
