Description
DESCRIPTION: The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking 2 and 4-year institutions of higher education that meet our technical training requirements for recruitment and training purposes within a 65-mile radius of our employment locations in Tampa, FL and Norfolk, VA. Two-year undergraduate degree programs in Electronic Engineering Technology and four-year undergraduate degree programs in Electronic Technology. This non-Monetary Partnership Program does not modify the existing curriculum, but offers selected students and graduates local employment opportunities and potential on-the-job training experiences. Participating institutions may also be used under contract for educational purposes. All institutions expressing interest will undergo a formal assessment to ensure alignment with program requirements. PLEASE CONTACT: James Respess, Training Program Manager, (404) 305-5530; Email: james.respess@faa.gov
