- Notice of Intent to Sole Source. In accordance with FAR 6.302-2, the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to sole source contract award to Dr. Myron Eisenberg on August 28, 2009 in a total contract amount of $45,136.00 for the following service: CLIN 0001 - Contractor shall serve as the Program Coordinator for the VISN 6 Education Service Line (ESL). Dr. Eisenberg's extensive knowledge and involvement has been critical to managing and overseeing a variety of core programs and activities that both directly and indirectly impact employee performance and that enable our work force to address our core mission of providing safe and effective quality patient care.
