- Solicitation #: W911W4-09-T-0169 Confluence 2000+ User Licenses This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13 and the format in 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation has been attached to this announcement. The solicitation number is W911W4-09-T-0169 and is issued as a request for quotation. This is also a brand name or equal requirement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 541519 with a small business size standard of $25M.
