- DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-0-T-5013, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5,52.232-18, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990. The size standard is 500 in number of employees. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7372. The Federal Service Code is 7030. DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES: The 140th WG Public Affairs Office at the Colorado Air National Guard, 18860 E. Breckenridge Ave Hangar 801, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011-9544 is requesting Implement a six channel (3-dual channel or any combination) audio/video IP network system with 4:3 Aspect Ratio Windows Media or h.264 encoding with 10/100BT Ethernet capabilities. A Portal Hardware/Software solution provides a unified Portal for accessing Live and On-demand video and audio files. A Scheduler ability that allows the scheduling of programs, Video on Demand servers, IP Receiver, Recordings, and Emergency Broadcasts (Requires Portal Server). Video on Demand capability that integrates with Portal Server, WM streaming Encoders and Windows-based pc's, a server that provides a minimum of 200mbps of streaming throughput and includes a minimum of 500GB of content storage space and delivers stored WM assets as unicast streams with VCR-like control across a network. Installation and support provided to the extent that the system is operational over the network, and training to the extent that we are able to use the capabilities needed, phone support for a minimum of one-year.
