- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of The Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff (ODCS), G-4, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) or 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1)-FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to The Energy and Security Group (ESG), 1900 Oracle Way, Suite 717, Reston, VA 20190. ESG will provide the ODCS, G-4 with analytical and training support services. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of one year. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no Request for Proposals available for competitive proposals. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT 1 September 2009 at 10:00 AM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
