- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912EF08D0005DT0105. Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to issue modification number 05 to Task Order Number DT01 using the recovery act funding under contract number W912EF-08-D-0005 awarded to Normandeau Associates for the Juvenile Salmonids passing Detroit Dam in 2009. This modification intends to award line 7003 for Turbine Fish Releases in the amount of $167,223.23; line 7004 for Regulating Outlets Fish Releases in the amount of $167,223.23 and line 7005 for Turbine & Regulating Outlet Fish Releases in the amount of $21,915.60. The total amount of this modification is $356.362.06.
