- Attachment 5 (Wage Determination) will be distributed upon award. Solicitation Package This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation and its attachments are attached to this announcement. Solicitation 09-223-SOL-00050 is issued as a request for proposal and incorporates the provisions and clauses, in effect, through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-36. This is an unrestricted soliciation. A site visit is scheduled on September 2, 2009 at 10:00 am EST at White Oak Building 22 Main Entrance/10903 New Hampshire Avenue/Silver Spring, MD 20993. Interested parties shall email London Johnson at London.Johnson@fda.hhs.gov with the company name and point of contact information by September 1, 2009,10:00 am EST. Questions shall be submitted on September 4, 2009 by 12:00 pm EST. All proposals shall be submitted, via email to London Johnson, by September 10, 2009 at 2:00 pm EST. Offerors shall bid on ALL or NONE of the items indentified in this solicitation.
