- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. In compliance with the Act, the Government posts this notice that award was made under Contract N40085-09-C-9416 in the amount of $4,032,820.75 to CCI Group, LLC, Anchorage, AK 99501. This award is made pursuant to FAR Part 19.5 Set-Asides for Small Business and Part 14. The work to be performed for Project ST229-07, for Concrete Pile and Structural System Repairs, Berths 13A and 13B at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME includes installing non-structural pile jackets; installing anodes on master, mid-span and support piles; installing anodes on support piles; repairing crane rail pocket; repairing spalls in top of concrete deck; repairing imminent spalls in concrete frames; repairing spalls in concrete frames; recoating steel fender system components bents; temporarily remove and reattach utilities supported by fender system; and repairing sinkholes along wharf.
