- RECOVERY TAS::14 0681::TAS ARRA: 28.000Contract R09PX20R15 The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for irrigation supplies, including pumps, valves, fuel storage tanks, flow meters, aluminum and HDPE piping and fittings. The proposed purchase order will be commercial for firm-fixed priced supplies. The NAICS Code is: 334316, with a corresponding size standard of 1,000 employees. This procurement is not set-aside for Small Business. Solicitation R09PS20R15 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 24, 2009. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. The information provided in this announcement is all of the information the Government has available at this time. There are no specifications, drawings, bid packages, or source lists available until the solicitation is posted. The quotes will be due approximately 10 days after issuance of the RFQ. Questions concerning this solicitation should be directed to Don Neal by email at dneal@usbr.gov. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Annual Representations and Certifications, as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Information on annual Representations and Certifications can be obtained via the Internet at http://orca.bpn.gov. Please be advised that the awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act, which requires that each contractor report on its Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public. This acquisition falls under FAR 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, which authorizes the use of simplified acquisition procedures for this action.
