- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1)Qty 1, Big River LTX2 Digital Recording System with 4 Terabytes of Hard Drive Data Storage which includes Stream Storage Portable System, 16X SATA, P/N 020030203, Mezzanine Board, SSDB2, 16 bit LVDS RX, P/N 400300030, and (16) SATA 2.5" Drive 250 GB, P/N 100927037, 2) Qty 1, LVDS 12X Cable, 2m, P/N 300000205, 3) Qty 1, LVDS 4X Cable, 2m, P/N 300000206, 4) Qty 1, StarFabric PCI Adapter, P/N 100916006, 5) Qty 4, Cat5E Patch Cable, 6) Qty 1, AC Power Supply, P/N 020030204, and 7) Qty 1, Rack Mount Kit, Slide and Brackets, LTX2, P/N 020030100. This requirement is sole sourced Conduant Corporation, 1501 S Sunset St., Suite C, Longmont, CO, 80501 as the only vendor able to produce these supplies, as a unit, based on proprietary hardware and firmware. Any firms believing that they can provide all the materials, per the part numbers, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
