RECOVERY STLI 152319 TAS 14-1041 - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO ABSORPTION TECHNOLOGIES INC, OF PROVIDENCE, RI, UNDER THE 8(a) PROGRAM AND IN FULL PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR AND THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PURSUANT TO FAR 19.805. The anticipated total value of the contract is under $3.5 million. The National Park Service intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Absorption Technologies for design/build services for design and construction of Seawall Segment C2.
