- SynopsisAcquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses and only directed to vendors in the local area in NM. Request for Quotation (RFQ): The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Dulce, NM has a requirement to procure flatbeds and tool boxes. Contractor shall provide all supplies and materials to include installation on government vehicles for the Model 52 Program located at Bureau of Indian Affairs, Model 52 Wildland Engine Program, Southwest Center, Model 52 Drive, Box 167, Dulce, New Mexico 87528. Delivery shall be Freight on Board (FOB) Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is at destination. Delivery will be required 335 days after the date of award. The following items shall follow or be equal to the salient characteristics listed on the solicitation. Vendors proposing OR Equal Items MUST submit product literature (brochures, documentation, etc.) detailing the effectiveness and comparability of the OR Equal item(s) being offered to the items being acquired in this solicitation. The specification for the Toolbox, Truck Flatbed, Mini Skid Unit fabricated and Aluminum Toolbox shall be included in the solicitation package. It is anticipated this solicitation will be posted on or about September 2, 2009. Solicitation number: S9K00441636 may be viewed thru a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at "http://www.fedbizopps.gov" or "http://www.nbc.gov". No further notice will be posted on Fedbizopps. To receive an award, the successful awardee shall be registered and active in the Central Contractor Registration database. Basis for award will be lowest price technically acceptable. Award will be a single award all or none basis. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be firm-fixed price. It is estimated that award will be made on or before September 30, 2009. Acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses and only directed to vendors in the local area in NM. The estimated procurement range is under $100,000.00. NAICS code is 336211 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees or less.
