- Architect-Engineer Design Services. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors awarded contracts under Solicitation No. NDR050045 (Contract Numbers: L05PC90393, EDAW, Inc and L05PC90257, OTAK, Inc). The selected Architect-Engineer design firm will collect any required data including elevations, soil tests, sea grass surveys, mangrove habitat requirements, and bathymetric surveys required to fully analyze the impacts of the shoreline stabilization project.
