Description

Cover Sheet Solicitation Return Package Only Solicitation The intent of the contract is to provide for a complete project as described in the contract. Unless otherwise provided, furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies, and perform all work required to complete the project. The work shall consist of removing and replacing shingled roofs and rain gutters, repairing roofs, removing and replacing siding, removing and replacing windows, repairing broken window glass, removing and replacing one overhead door, and all related appurtenances for a completed project. The roofs, siding, and windows were damaged by hail. The Contractor shall ensure window and door openings are enclosed before close of business daily. No openings may be left open. Roofs shall be protected from rain. The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying all building measurements to determine necessary quantities and sizes of materials to be furnished. The building measurements shown herein are for bidding purposes only. The project is located at the Ashland Ranger Station and Fort Howes Work Center on the Ashland Ranger District, Custer National Forest. The Ashland Ranger Station is located in Ashland, Montana. The Fort Howes Work Center is located approximately 26 miles south of Ashland, Montana. SEE ATTACHMENTS for a Complete Solicitation Package
