- Sole Source Letter Statement Of Work Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order for an Event Director for the Air Force Week Mather Mud Run. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-36, Effective 11 Aug 2009 and Defense DCN 20090729 Last Update:29 July 2009, and the Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0803 Effective 18 Mar 2009. 0001-An Air Force Week event held at Hagan Park in Rancho Cordova, CA. Contractor will abide by the terms set out in the attached statement of work for the Mather Mud Run to held on 5 Sept 09.
