THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): QWC-SCI JV, W912DW-09-D-1004. Program Name: Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) for Design-Build, Miscellaneous Maintenance, Repair and Minor Construction Work on Real Property at Various Locations in Oregon and Washington RECOVERY--PROJECT NUMBER 34185, Repair Sidewalks in Historic Garrison Area This is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved due to Other Statutory Authority FAR 6.302-5(b)(4).
