- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0585 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36, Defense Circular Number 20090729, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0803. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 423850. 0001: Tripod, Roco Tactical; Mfg: Roco Rescuu; Mfg Part # SK-700-RT, "or equal,; Extended Description: Confined Space Tripod (SK-700-RT) The ROCO Mini Tri-pod is one of a kind. It allows the user to have a portable anchor point when minimum height clearance is a limiting factor. The is an eye bolt on the top of the tripod for insertion and extraction. A single eye bolt underneath the head provides an anchor point for lowering and hauling systems. Fully retracted the tri-pod measurers 45". It measures 64" full extended with the anchor point measuring 53" to the ground. There are six (6) different height adjustments. The ROCO Mini Tri-pod weighs 32 pounds.
