- FedBiz Opps FY10 W81NWY91634000 Custom Compression Garments dd0607 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W81NWY91634000 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This acquisition is set-aside UNRESTRICTED under NAICS code 339113 and the business size standard is 500 employees. The requirements in this solicitation are: CLIN 0001 CUSTOM COMPRESSION GARMENTS FOR BURN PATIENTS items as follows: Standard Fabric Color Choice: Beige, Blue, Brown, White, Black Coolmax Fabric Color Choice: Beige, Blue, White, Black Custom Gloves: L8239 wrist, elbow,axilla, axilla/shoulder flap, detachable gauntlet (metacarpals), gauntlet with enclosed/extended thumb, interdigital web spacer for the hand, mitten to wrist, mitten to elbow, individual finger support. Option for Custom Gloves: L8239 zipper, slant inserts, contracture seam, 2 inch elastic, reinforce/line palm or dorsum, pocket for padding or splint, lining variation. Custom Sleeve: L8239 half sleeve and gauntlet with enclosed extended thumb, arm sleeve and gauntlet with enclosed extended thumb, arm sleeve and gauntlet/shoulder flap with enclose ext thumb, elbow band, half sleeve wrist to elbow, half sleeve elbow to axilla, half sleeve with gauntlet, half sleeve with shoulder flap, sleeve wrist to axilla, sleeve with attached gauntlet, sleeve with attached shoulder flap, arm sleeve wrist to axilla, arm sleeve with attached gauntlet, arm sleeve with attached shoulder flap, arm sleeve with gauntlet and shoulder flap, arm stump to axilla, arm stump with shoulder flap. REQUIREMENT WILL BE CALLED IN AS NEEDED. CLIN 0001/0002 salient characteristics are: Physical, functional or performance terms unique pressure garments for burn patients. Vendor shall custom measure, fit and provide garments should any necessary adjustment required are at no additional charge. Delivery, 7 -10 days after receipt of order, shipping shall be FOB DEST to Fort Sam Houston TX 78234-6200.
