- SOURCES SOUGHT The W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC intends to negotiate a sole source services contract with Mr. Frederick Banzer for DSS Manager services for the Finance Services staff at the VAMC Salisbury, NC. Contract will be for base period of October 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010. This proposed procurement is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than noon, August 31, 2009, local time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
