- NASA Headquarters intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) NNH09274133R for webservices with an agency-wide capability to create, maintain and manage public web sites primarily www.nasa.gov -- and ancillary services. The anticipated release date of theRFP is on or about September 17, 2009. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Note 1.The NorthAmerican Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 witha corresponding size standard of $25M. NASA Headquarters anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) base, FFP IndefiniteDelivery Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) contract with a phase-in start date on or about May 1,2010. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Potential offerors can access information regarding this requirement at the WebEnterprises Services and Technology (WEST) Technical Library at the following websiteURL: http://i3p.nasa.gov. This procurement is one of five (5) acquisitions under NASAsIT Infrastructure Integration Program (I3P), which will integrate business processes andinformation across organizational lines efficiently and securely. Information regardingall of these procurements can be found at: http://i3p.nasa.gov. An Ombudsman has been appointedsee NASA Specific Note B.The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over theinternet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may beaccessed using a WWW browser application.
