- Description
- Film will focus on human evolution and infectious diseases, with emphasis on malaria. The purpose of this sources sought is for market research purposes. This requirement is being posted in order to determine if there are qualified small businesses that can provide the requirements needed. A Draft Statement of Work has been attached to this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. All responses from contractors who believe they are capable of providing the requirements should be emailed to holleyv@od.nih.gov or a hardcopy can be mailed to the attention of: Van Holley, 6011 Executive Boulevard, Room 537B, Rockville, Maryland 20852 by the close of this notice and no later than August 31, 2009 at 10:00am Eastern Time. Responses should include a brief narrative of the contractor's capability to perform the services, the contractor's Dun and Bradstreet number and identification of the contractor's business size in accordance with the size standard. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, or if a limited source for the procurement of this is required. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
