- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are not currently available. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for Kitchen Appliances //CLIN 0001: 65 x Indesit Single Fan Oven, FIE36KBWH, White OR EQUAL //CLIN 0002: 65 x Electrolux CM600 60CM Frameless Black Ceraminc Hob OR EQUAL //CLIN 0003: Installation and Delivery to RAF Fairford, Gloucestershireshire, GL7 4DL, UK. //NOTE: Please ensure shipping costs are included in quote. This is an unfunded requirement. Please ensure quote is valid through 30 September 2009. Successful contractor to be registered in CCR (www.ccr.gov) prior to award. // The clause at FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration applies to this solicitation // The provisions at FAR 52.211-6 "Brand Name or Equal" applies to this solicitation //The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. //The provisions at FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies to this solicitation.
