- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business firm of SBH, LLC, 234 Moore Lane, Billings, MT 59101-3417. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be sent only to the designated contractor. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS. This project is listed as a Design-Demolition effort, the purpose of which is to provide both designs of the demolition plan and demolition services. In order to meet the requirement of the new courthouse in Billings, MT, land has been purchased to build a new courthouse; however, two existing buildings currently occupy the site. As such, demolition of these buildings will be required prior to construction of the new courthouse.
