Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center-Indian Head has a requirement for a 40 gallon temperature conditioning bath environmental chamber compatible to work with existing unique firing heads and tha meets minimum salient characteristics of: Temperature Conditioning Bath has a range of - 100F to + 200F,+/- 2 degrees F full scale accuracy, PID programmable Controller with dual LED display with RS232 output, controls mounted on top of the bath, exterior measuring 44.25" wide x 37.50" high x 30.75" deep. pumps an additional 7" high, cabinet has a antique white powder coat finish, four 2" diameter dual wheel casters, 40 gallon tank constructed of 304 stainless steel, compressor heaters to assist with starting when temperatures are cold, SST test cell support, custom insulated hinged stainless steel cover, constructed of 20 ga. 304 stainless steel, clam shell design with bottom half secured to top of bath, a continuous hinge fastens the bottom half of the cover to the top half, two nylon handles and access holes on top for timing fire control cables, installation of customer's existing Well Assembly, N2 purge regulator, 50'x " cooper tubing & all fittings, baths are not explosion proof or hazardous rated, 208-230 VAC/1 PH/40A. Included will be a 55 gallon drum of heat transfer fluid consisting of a hydrocarbon blend ultra-low heat transfer fluid (-112F +325F). This will be a sole source to Design Integrated Technology, Inc., 100 E Franklin St, Warrenton, VA 20186. The quantity is 1 unit and 1 55 gallon drum under NAICS Code 334513 and FSC code 6636.
