- RECOVERY--PER FAR 5.7, THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDFED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE, FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Applied Aquatic Management, W912EP-09-C-0005. The additional funding is required for an increase in in-scope work for aquatic plant management on Lake Okeechobee due to increased plant growth as well as an influx of plants from increased water levels and to conduct treatments of floating vegetation (water hyacinth and water lettuce). The additional $200K is based on current expenditures of $25K per week.
