- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to procure the following item from Barco Federal Systems LLC. 3059 Premiere Parkway, Suite 100 Duluth, Georgia 30097-4905 on a sole source basis: 1 each P/N K9342578, Description: RFD251/3 Shipboard 20.1" rugged display 115/220 Vac. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is N00178-09-Q-3214. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 by Naval Surface Warfare Center, NSWCDD, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110 and will be firm fixed price. The NAICS code is 334418 and the FSC Code is 5998. Pricing will be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division. Attn: Receiving Officer, 6220 Tisdale Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110. All quotes must include all applicable shipping charges. The required delivery is 4 months after the date of the order. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSITITUES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, AS ALL ITEMS ARE SPECIFIED IN THIS NOTICE AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
