- RECOVERY--American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Federal Supply Code (FSC) 4710, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 423510. McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK intends to issue a Request a Quote for Supplies which will include but is not limited to: various sizes of black steel pipe, cast iron couplings, valves, fitting, elbows and unions. FOB Point will be Destination. This will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at https://www.ccr.gov/ or contact CCR at 1-866-606-8220. Approximate issue date for the solicitation is 08 September 2009 with closing date approximately 10 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and is the contractors responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
