- RECOVERY--This acquisition is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The proposed procurement is unrestricted with a NAICS code of 238990 and with a small business size standard of not to exceed an average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years of $14,000,000.00 ($14.0 million), including worldwide affiliates. Place of performance is Hesston, PA. The scope of work will involve the construction of a total of 7,200 lineal feet of woven wire deer fence and 4 walk through man gates. No phone or fax requests for a copy of this solicitation will be accepted. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to the contracting office at Josephine.e.baran@usace.army.mil. The solicitation package will be available close of business o/a 08/25/2009 to interested vendors to create an account (unless they already have one) and download/obtain the solicitation at FEDBIZOPPS (Federal Business Opportunities aka FBO or FEDBIZOPPS) http://www.fbo.gov You must be CCR registered in order to create an account at FEDBIZOPPS. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov as you will need your MPIN (Marketing Partner Identification Number) when creating an account at FEDBIZOPPS.
