- The requirements is for the modification of the Call Manager System in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The original intent was to synopsize the requirements only in Germany as this calls for on-site work. However, there were US Firms found interested. The solicitation has already been issued and site visit performed. The requirement is for the modification of the Call Manager System in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The original intent was to synopsize the requirements only in Germany as this call for on-site work. However, there were US Firms found interested. The solicitation has already been issued and site visit performed. Site visit is found not necessary for a firm who is interested to provide a proposal, provided that one has a copy of the list of questions and answers. Submission calls for offers, list of contracts for similar requirements, certification of being a CISCO gold partner, and technical proposal on the reconfiguration. Copy of the solicitation and the questions/answers are available upon request.
