- Sole Source Documentation Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order for Supply Access Tracking System Upgrade to Intermec Technologies Corporation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36, effective 11 Aug 2009, DCN 20090729, and AFAC 2009-0803. This acquistion will be sole source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334119. The business size standard is 1000 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 3577. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3577. This request for quotation consists of the following: CLIN 0001: PDCT-E Holster and Shoulder Strap MFR: Intermec; P/N: 815-064-001; (32 each); CLIN 0002: PDCT-E Attachable Handle and Trigger MFR: Intermec; P/N: 805-633-001; (32 each); CLIN 0003: PDCT-E Supper-ruged WM5.0 Handheld Bar Code Scanning Terminal; Intermec Model CK61GB Handheld Terminal w/Bluetooth Enabled; Terminal Including 856-062-004: 256 Memory Card (SD format); 318-015-002: Operational and Spare Battery; 825-165-005: Operational and Spare Stylus; 871-022-006: Charger / Communication Dock; Ethernet / USB; 851-082-003: Universal Power Supply; 321-576-004: USB Interface Cable; 074080: Users Manual; Country specified power cord: varialble P/N US Specs. (32 each); CLIN 0004: Apriva BT200-T Bluetooth Smart Card Reader w/software; (version 03.30.12 12-Dec-08 or later) for use with CK61G w/ BT enabled.
