- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside acquisition under North American Industry Classification System Code 334290, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. REQUIREMENTS: The Utah National Guard has a requirement for licensing and speakers to enhance our existing network architecture, no other items will be accepted. Offerors must demonstrate previous experience with Cisco Communication Manager 7.0 in their proposal. Licensing and speakers as follows: 1. IPTA-IC1000 Informacast Paging System 1 each 1,000 license block to include 1st year of maintenance. 2.IPTA-IC250 Informacast Paging System 1 each 250 license block to include 1st year of maintenance. 3.IPTA-IC50 Informacast Paging System 2 each 50 license block to include 1st year of maintenance. 4.Atlas IHVP Outdoor Enclosure 20 each 5.Atlas SEST-IH Straight Door Enclosure 20 each 6.Atlas I128SYS Ceiling Tile IP Speaker 78 each 7.IPS-ZC1 Single Zone Controller 1 each 1 module and 1 faceplate. 8.Local training and onsite support at Draper, Utah and West Jordan, Utah. The following clauses within 252.212-7001 apply to this solicitation and any resultant contract: (a) DFARS 252.203-7000 Requirements Relating to Compensation of Former DoD Officials; (b) DFARS 252.247-7023 Alt III Transportation of Supplies by Sea; DFARS 252.232-7010 Levies of Contract Payments. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be firm fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the government, price and other factors considered. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors, in order of importance: (1) offerors ability to provide the requested items; (2) previous experience with Cisco Communication Manager 7.0; (3) past performance, caliber of offerors performance on previous contracts of a similar nature; (4) total cost or price. INSTRUCTIONS: Offers shall include (1) a detailed quote; (2) demonstrate previous experience with Cisco Communication Manager 7.0; (3) 2 or 3 completed attached past performance questionnaires; (4) cost proposal; (5) completed registration on the ORCA website at https://orca.bpn.gov. Failure to provide the above listed items with your offer, may cause your offer to be considered non-responsive. Offers shall be received NLT 4:00 P.M. on September 1, 2009.
