- The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to purchase four high output stainless steel UV Sterilizers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and a request for quote (RFQ) number R09PS30069 will be issued to facilitate electronic quote submissions. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-36. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 423440, Other Commercial Equipment Merchant Wholesalers; small business size standard is 100 employees. The Government anticipates award of one firm fixed price purchase order. This RFQ is issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Line Item 0001 - High-output stainless steel UV sterilizers with three 80 watt bulbs, 2 inch MPT inlet and can sterilize bacteria at or exceeding 90 gallons per minute. Quantity: 4 Delivery is to be no later than October 8, 2009. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Willow Beach Fish Hatchery, 25804 N. Willow Beach Rd., Willow Beach, AZ 86445. Deliveries are going to the attention of Mark Olsen, Monday thru Thursday between the hours of 6:30 to 3:30 pm. FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial applies to this acquisition and is included in the RFQ. Offers will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable. FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and is included in the RFQ, in full text for your convenience. Offerors shall include in their offer a completed copy of the provision 52.212-03 or indicate completion of the applicable Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA). Offerors may complete the annual representation and certification online at www.orca.bpn.gov.
