- 25 Aug 09 Amendment 1 to Sources Sought Solicitation FA9453-09-R-0006 Posted 13 Aug 09 1. Statement of Capability (SOC). The purpose of this amendment is to clarify this Sources Sought Solicitation. All interested parties, including the incumbent contractor, shall provide a Statement of Capability in order to be considered for award. 2. Deadline Extension. This amendment extends the deadline for submission of a SOC to Tuesday, 1 Sep 09, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon), Mountain Time. All interested parties need to mail their SOCs to: Det 8 AFRL/RVKB (Bldg 424 Mail Room); Attn: Mr. Francis M. Eggert or Ms. Jean A. Barnes; 2251 Maxwell Ave. S.E.; Kirtland AFB, N.M. 87117-5773. 3. Note! There are no attachments to Amendment 1. All other information in this Sources Sought Solicitation remains the same.
