Description

Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) intends to issue a request for quote for minor maintenance and repair of four (4) trailers and the demolition and removal of one (1) trailer for the 832nd Transportation Battalion, 8675 Maritime Street, Jacksonville, Florida. The successful offeror shall provide all equipment, labor, material and supervisory necessary to perform the services. The period of performance shall not exceed one month after award of contract. The anticipated contract start date is approximately 25 Sep 2009. The proposed solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. NAICS code is 236220 with size standard of $33.5 MIL applies. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitation will be issued on or about 1 Sep 2009 and close approximately 10 days thereafter. A pre-proposal conference will be held for this procurement.
