- This solicitation has been delayed. It is now anticipated this solicitation (RFP) for Project 528-711 will be issued on or about September 30, 2009. Work involves General Construction including demolition, asbestos abatement, architectural finishes, Divisions 2-10, 12, and 21, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Existing Pharmacy will be relocated to temporary space approximately 4,000 square feet requiring minimal construction effort. After the relocation, the existing Pharmacy and adjacent areas will be completely demolished to create a new Pharmacy in approximately 13,000 square feet over a period of six months or less. Construction Cost Range is $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. NAICS 236220 and size standard of $33.5M apply.
