- Synopsis Narrative: AMCOM Contracting Center, RDEC & FMS/HAWK/UGV/H-1 Directorate, Repair and Rebuild (R&R) Division plans to Award a Firm Fix Price (FFP) CONTRACT for the AMCOM Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD). This Procurement is for the Test, Teardown and Evaluation and subsequent Repair of One Apache FUEL CONTROL (NSN: 2915-01-324-947; P/N: 5074T79G09. The Teardown, Test and Evaluation (TT&E) Effort will be requested initially. Upon completion of the TT&E the Repair and Rebuild (R&R) Effort will be procured. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate to ONLY two sources thus this Notice IS NOT a request for Competitive Quotes and no written Solicitation will be issued. The Government intends to award to Hamilton Sundstard (OEM), Windsor Locks CT. See FedBizOps Numbered Note 22.
