- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W9124R-09-T-1092 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-29,effective 19 January 2009 & FAC 2005-30, effective 15 January 2009 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs), current to DCN 20090115 edition. The solicitation is issued as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541360 with a small business size standard of $4.5M. The successful offeror shall provide services to the US Army Cold Region Test Center involving cultural reconnaissance surveys and evaluation for eligibility under the Historic Register prior to and in preparation for Army construction activities. Competition is for a firm fixed price service contract, and prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring the FBO website for the release of any amendments to this solicitation. The duration of the contract shall be three (3) months. The prospective offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database,and may register online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html. Offerors must be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA)system at http://orca.bpn.gov.
