- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to PERKINS TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. PERKINS TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. is the only vendor that can supply the AS0003A-SR-3A and AS0004-SR-4 AC Power Supply Docking Stations for SINCGARS radios. Perkins Technical Services is the designer, manufacturer, and sole source supplier of the Patented AC Power Supply Docking Station for SINCGARS radios. This is a One of a Kind Item and there is no other vendor / product that provides this capability as Perkins Technical Services is the designer / manufacturer and sole source supplier of the Patented AC Power Supply Docking Station for SINCGARS radios. The 4th BDE, 82nd ABN must acquire four (04) AC power platform SR-3A and four (04) SR-4 with transit case for their sincgar radios. This is not a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide these supplies, then you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet the requirements. If no affirmative written response is received, the supplies will be awarded without further notice. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the email address provided below no later than Thursday, 27 August 2009, 5 p.m. EST time.
