- This is a notice of intent for sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13.5). A solicitation will not be issued. The associated NAICS code is 541720 and the small business size is $6.0 million. The Regional Contracting Office, Northeast, Quantico, VA intends to award a sole source contract to IBEX International, 5679 South 675 East, Murray, UT, for a genealogical search program designed to Marine Corps Sepcificatons. The period of performance is 01 Oct 2009 through 30 Sep 2014. This acquisition 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes that it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the contracting officer. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
