- Description
- The 5th Contracting Squadron (5 CONS), Minot AFB ND, will issue a solicitation on or about 1 Oct 09 for a Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store at Minot AFB ND. This will be a commercial contract. Work includes but is not limited to providing all management, personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and other items necessary to operate and maintain the Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store. The performance period of the resulting award shall be from 01 Jan 10 to 30 Sep 10 with four option years available. Anticipated request for proposal issue date is on/about 1 Oct 09, with anticipated proposal closing date on/about 2 Nov 09. The NAICS for this acquisition is 444110 with a size standard of $7M and/or NAICS 423710 with a size standard of 100 employees, SIC codes 5211 and/or 5072. This solicitation is being issued for small business concerns. Contract will be awarded based on technically acceptable/performance-price trade off procedures.
