- THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SIMPLIFIEDACQUISITION FAR PART 13. The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis toDRS Universal Power Systems, Inc., 4230 Lafayette Center Drive, Suite G,Chantilly, VA 20151 on a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for (31) GlobalUninterrrupted Power Supply, UPSI 2000VA/1400W, P/N 2000TR-III. NO hardcopy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. This Notice of Intent in NOT a request for competitive quotes. Numbered Note22 applies, however, all interested offers will be considered. Questions may be directed via email to danielle.m.patrick@navy.mil.
