- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Q4160090021. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. It is the vendor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed at http://www.arnet.gov/far and http://www.ios.doi.gov. Two (2) each, Nomenclature: NTN1873, Description: CHARGER, IMPRES RAPID RATE, 110V US The National Park Service requires Motorola XTS2500 hand held portable radios and accessories. This Motorola model of radio is required to be compatible with existing Fayette County, PA 9-1-1 center, which utilizes a multi-trunking 800 mhz system to provide safety to all ems/fire service providers in the county. This model will function on the Fayette County system, which is currently analog and will be upgraded to digital in the near future. This radio will function with both systems. Additional Instructions to Offerors:1. Only Motorola products/equipment authorized under this procurement.2. Must be an authorized Motorola reseller. Must be able to provided authorized reseller certification upon request.3. No refurbished products/equipment will be considered. Delivery shall be 60 days after receipt of order, FOB Destination. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement.
