- This modification to the presolicitation notice is to change the NAICS code to 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction from 238910 Site Preparation Contractors. The Seattle District USACE requires commercial services to overburden drilling and piezometer installation at the US Army Corps of Engineers Howard Hanson Dam Project, located in King County Washington. The purpose of the work is to install eight (8) piezometers in the right abutment of the dam. Materials that will be penetrated include sand, gravel, silt, landslide debris that may contain large cobbles and boulders, and andesitic bedrock.
