- This Invitation for Bid is sponsored by Department of the Interior's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation & Enforcement Appalachian Region Federal Reclamation Program Office in Pittsburgh, PA. Proposed reclamation work includes filling encountered voids and collapsed overburden with a grout mixture in accordance with the attached Technical Specifications. Estimated price range is $50,000 - $80,000.
