- The Project Consist of, but not limited to: demolition, site grading, concrete floodwall, drainage structures and piping, hot mix asphalt trail, bituminous unit pavers, precast concrete unit pavers, stone pavers, stone benches, stone veneer, various concrete flatwork, landscape planting, irrigation, lighting, and traffic signals, and a Kiosk building in Court Avenue Plaza, to include plumbing and HVAC. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Des Moines, IA COMPLETION: 550 Calendar Days The estimated price range of the project is $5 Million to $10 Million. The NAICS Code for this project is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $33.5 MILLION. The solicitation documents will be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about September 21, 2009.
