Description: RECOVERY--This acquisition is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The proposed procurement is unrestricted with a NAICS code of 213112 and with a small business size standard of not to exceed an average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years of $7,000,000.00 ($7.0 million), including worldwide affiliates. Place of performance is Curwensville, PA. Provide labor, equipment, and material to provide preventative maintenance on relief wells at Curwensville Dam, Curwensville, PA. Amendment 0001 is issued cancelling the small business set-aside and changing to unrestricted; also to add ARRA contract clauses and extending the hour and date for receipt of Request for Quotations (RFQ) to 2:00 PM, 09 September 2009.
