- This is a presolicitation notice for the procurement of 15 LCD monitors with mounts; 2 LCD Projectors ceiling mounted; Removal and re-installation of 15 LCD monitors; Installation of Government provided Theater surround sound; 4 speaker mounts; and Paging system for 47 Contracting Squadron Lauglin AFB, TX 78843. The Government is anticipating awarding a purchase order. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334310, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation will be issued as a RFQ and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website electronically, or about 9 Sep 09. NO HARD COPIES will be provided. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that will be considered by this Agency. All prospective offerers interested in submitting an offer on this solicitation must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database with a commercial and government entity coder (CAGE CODE), CCR information can be ordained by accessing www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-866-606-8220. All prospective offerers interested in submitting an offer to this solicitation must complete electronic annual representations and certifications at http://ocra.bpn.gov in conjunction with the required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Laughlin AFB invites your company to a pre-bid conference and the opportunity to submit a Quote (at no cost to the Government). This is a competitive acquisition utilizing low price, technically acceptable evaluation procedures. If you accept the above invitation, please attend the site visit at Laughlin AFB on 21 Sep 09 at11:30 A.M. Central Standard Time. In order to attend this pre-bid conference you will need to notify MSgt Kenneth Winn by 18 Sep 09 at 10:00 A.M with your first and last name, last 4 digits of your social security number, date of birth, and company name. The conference will be held in building 7, the 47th Contracting Squadron Shrack Memorial Conference Room. A site visit will follow the conference. All questions to this solicitation will need to be in writing. Please be advised the Government is not responsible for any costs incurred or associated with the preparation and submission of quotes in response to this solicitation. The contractor is required to submit a quote on all items required. Failure to do so may disqualify the proposal.
