- This project will be solicited using Commercial Item procedures. The work consists of water monitoring, which includes collecting water samples, field chemistry and flow measurements from the Almeda Mine. The project is located on the east bank of the Rogue River approximately 3.5 miles North of the town of Galice in Josephine County, Oregon. The site is within the Grants Pass Resource Area of the Medford District, Bureau of Land Management (BLM). This solicitation includes an option for one to four additional years of water monitoring. This solicitation will be posted electronically (paper copies are no longer available). THE ESTIMATED ISSUE/POSTING DATE OF THE FULL SOLICITATION IS AUGUST 25, 2009. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns.
