- Statement of Work Combined Synopsis/Solicitation UL Ladder Testing Solicitation #: F3N0529224A001 (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial non-personal services, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number: F3N0529224A001 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. (iv) This procurement is not being set-aside for any exclusive socio-economic categorie(s). North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 922160. (v) The 700 CONS/LGCA, Services Flight, has a requirement to purchase the following non-personal services: CLIN 0001 - UL Ladder Testing and Inspection IAW statement of work (vi) Description of requirements/specifications for the items to be acquired: Contractor shall provide all equipment and personel to certify aerial trucks for compliance with NFPA 1914, Testing Fire Department Aerial Devices, 2004 edition IAW with statement of work. (vii) Place of delivery and acceptance: Ramstein Air Base, Germany (exact building/location on Ramstein AB is TBD) All offerors must quote FOB Destination. Required Delivery Date: All work to be completed at Ramstein AB, Germany. Work will be completed on or before 30 September 2009.
